The operations center of Friosur Fisheries is located in Puerto Chacabuco, Aysén Region, where our fleet is stationed and our Processing Plant operates.
Two freezer vessels that use midwater trawl nets to primarily catch Southern Hake, Hake of the Tail, and Common Dolphinfish, as well as smaller volumes of Conger and Cojinova. All of these species are intended for human consumption.

Our processing plant is located in Puerto Chacabuco. It primarily produces products based on Southern Hake, Hake of the Tail (Hoki), and Common Dolphinfish.
We also operate another production unit in Coronel, Bío Bío Region, called Grimar Plant, where we process mainly artisanal Cuttlefish and also pack various species such as Common Dolphinfish, Hake of the Tail, and Hake Gayi.
